As a chief of staff to a member of the Trade Subcommittee on the Ways & Means Committee, Brad worked with the Trump White House and Democratic leadership to advance the renegotiation of NAFTA, or the United States Mexico and Canada Agreement (USMCA), through Congress. As one of the negotiators representing moderate House Democrats, the Trump White House presented him with a framed redline copy of the law that hangs in his office today.
