CSG President moderates blue dog member panel

WASHINGTON - CSG President Brad Howard today moderated a panel discussion with three members of the Democratic Blue Dog Coalition in the U.S. House of Representatives. The members were (L-R): Reps. Henry Cuellar (D-TX), Lou Correa (D-CA), and Vincente Gonzalez (D-TX). The panel discussion provided insight into some of the most major issues facing Congress right now, such as immigration, appropriations, partisanship, and the future of the Blue Dogs.

Brad Howard has more than a decade experience working for the group of moderate Democrats, including as their official spokesperson and chief policy negotiator. The Blue Dog Coalition is an official caucus in the U.S. House of Representatives comprised of fiscally-responsible Democrats, who are leading the way to find commonsense solutions. They are pragmatic Democrats, appealing to the mainstream values of the American public.
