With a passion for research and public policy, Alex dives deep into the details of legislative and regulatory text on behalf of clients.
Based on his strong research credentials and experience helping clients prepare for, understand, and respond to legislative and regulatory developments, Alex knows how to craft smart and bipartisan lobbying strategies that deliver results.
Prior to joining CSG, Alex worked in government relations covering issues including financial services, sustainable finance, health care, agriculture, and emerging climate technologies. He was closely engaged in developing and advocating for clean energy measures in the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act of 2021.
As a dual U.S.-Polish citizen with experience working on issues involving the European Union, Alex also has a strong understanding of the European policy landscape with respect to climate, agriculture, and trade issues. He has represented clients at agriculture, financial services, and climate forums across Europe and the United States.
Alex holds a First-Class Bachelor of Arts from University College London, where he studied History, Politics and Economics.
